General Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director CGPH-Pakistan and all teams in promoting the objectives of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain a comfortable, professional, and apolitical atmosphere at the workplace, consistent with the administrative policies, requirements and guidelines of CGPH-Pakistan.
  • Ensure that the human, physical and financial resources of CGPH-Pakistan are utilized effectively and efficiently so that they contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives and add value to the quality of outputs produced.
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed by the Director/Project Coordinator.

Specific Responsibilities: -

  • Assist the Director/Project Coordinator in the implementation of organizational objectives for different projects/studies of CGPH including the development of protocols, tools and other relevant material for line up surveys, keep informed and actively participate in discussions on issues of MNCH, international development and trends in international aid funding; share successes and program learning in appropriate forums.
  • Work with the Director/Project Coordinator & MNCH key personnel to compile and draft reports to capture MNCH project lessons, best practices and innovations In Pakistan.
  • Contribute to the development/adaptation of survey/study tools, field testing of such tools and the revision of tools and methodologies if required.
  • Assist the Director/Project Coordinator in the development of an outline for the project/study reports.
  • Assist in the development of knowledge products in areas of MNCH.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned.

Qualification & Experience: -

  • MSPH/MBBS or Master's in relevant field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Family planning or MNCH projects as a researcher
  • Familiarity working in low-resource settings, with experience of working with institutions (international, governmental, and non-governmental) relevant to global health and development.
  • Experience of working in regional or global health programs across various cultures would be an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
