CGPH-Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Male Enumerator to conduct face-to-face interviews and collect accurate data within assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in data collection and interviewing techniques, along with strong communication skills in Urdu, Sindhi, and Pashtu. The role requires working independently to gather reliable information while strictly following ethical data handling and confidentiality protocols. This position does not involve managing a team but requires self-motivation and accountability to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
The Enumerator will play a vital role in supporting CGPH-Pakistans research and monitoring projects by collecting data using both traditional and digital devices. Attention to detail and adherence to established procedures are crucial in maintaining the quality and accuracy of the collected data. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in utilizing digital tools for data collection and be committed to respecting respondents privacy while fostering trust during interviews.
