CG Global is seeking a detail-oriented Typing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves accurately and efficiently entering data while maintaining high standards of attention to detail. The Typing Specialist will be responsible for handling various documents and information input tasks to support business operations. Candidates should have at least one year of experience and demonstrate proficiency in typing techniques, including keyboard shortcuts and touch typing.
The selected candidate will also manage a team of five individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and accuracy within the department. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and motivate team members are essential to succeed in this role. Responsibilities
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company systems and databases.
- Utilize keyboard shortcuts and touch typing methods to enhance productivity.
- Review and verify data entries for completeness and accuracy.
- Manage and supervise a team of five data entry specialists to meet daily targets.
- Train new team members on typing best practices and company protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
- Generate regular reports on team performance and data accuracy.
- Assist in developing and updating documentation related to data entry procedures.
