Demand to hire fresher or experienced persons for this post of a Customer Service Representative

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with logistics
  • Handle customer requests as per company-set standards
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Participate in digital marketing activities,
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Keep product pricing, images, new products, and descriptions up to date.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with Excel good typing skills
  • Preferably should have 2 years of experience
