The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Create and manage marketing budgets.
- Manage and execute campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and print.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and design to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behavior and trends.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as advertising agencies and media partners.
- Create and manage content for marketing collateral such as brochures, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Ensure that all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Experience managing external vendors such as advertising agencies and media partners.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
