Qualification:

Graduation in social sciences

Experience:

3 years of experience in the social and developmental sector

Skills:

Meeting tight deadlines, flexible, learning, and social worker.
Good skills of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:

Social mobilization and social organization
Community linkages, departmental liaison, and stakeholders’ relationships
Close liaison and collaboration with locally working community-based organizations
Data collection and reporting
Students mentoring, training and career guidance
Regular liaison with relevant schools to check the progress of students
Keeping liaison with ZF Pakistan office time to time for orphan related matters
Event organization and conduction of multifaceted activities
Regular contact with orphan families via beneficiary’s guardian
Support and items distribution in registered orphan families
Character building and awareness sessions orphan students
Formation of student circles to conduct character building and capacity building exercises
