We are seeking a Senior Video Animator with a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and storytelling ability to bring ideas to life through engaging animations.

Key Responsibilities

Animation Production: Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for various media channels, including social media, digital advertising, and online platforms.
Concept Development: Collaborate with creative directors, storyboard artists, and content strategists to develop and refine animation concepts that align with project goals.
Storyboarding: Develop storyboards and visual treatments to communicate ideas and guide animation processes.
Project Management: Led and managed animation projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines and budget constraints.
Quality Control: Review and refine animations, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards and brand guidelines.
Mentorship: Train and mentor junior animators, providing constructive feedback and helping them to develop their skills.
Innovation and Trends: Stay current with industry trends, animation techniques, and new software tools to continually elevate the quality and relevance of animations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation and motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Maya.
- Experience with video editing and sound design tools.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software and techniques is a plus.
Artistic Skills:
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- A keen eye for detail, color, and composition.
- Ability to adapt to various animation styles and techniques as needed.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
