The Community Education Program requires an Assistant Program Officer to support departmental tasks and enhance operational efficiency. This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of work and ensuring that assignments are completed within tight deadlines.

Qualification:

Graduation or above with major subjects in social sciences, project management, or development studies. 

Expereince:

3 years of experience in the social and developmental sector 

Responsibilities:

  • To conduct in-depth research on community development, entrepreneurship, citizenship, and leadership models
  • Bring all the research material in presentable document form (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Development of training as per the project requirements4. Field visits to collect information from ongoing projects/activities 
  • To assist the supervisor in the conduction of training and other learning sessions 
  • To collect, organize, and analyze the data
  • To develop and submit reports after the completion of any activity 
  • Any other task assigned by the immediate supervisor or the department head
  • to conduct circle activities, projects, and initiatives as per the requirements of the program
  • To empower circle leaders with the necessary skills
