You will undertake responsibilities that involve physical tasks, handling equipment, and ensuring that work areas are prepared and maintained throughout your shifts. Responsibilities

Assist skilled workers and supervisors with daily operational tasks to support smooth workflow.
Handle tools carefully and maintain them in proper working condition.
Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing materials and equipment.
Support loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and meet work standards.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues to understand instructions and provide updates.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Help maintain inventory of tools and materials and report shortages or damages.
Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the operational needs of the company.
