Catering Sales Manager

A premium buffet restaurant in Lahore is seeking a full-time, on-site Catering Sales Manager to lead and expand its catering and event services. This role involves driving sales and managing a diverse range of events including banquets, weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling leads, securing bookings, preparing detailed proposals, negotiating terms with clients, and collaborating closely with various restaurant teams to ensure seamless event execution. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote catering and event services.
- Manage incoming leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients to encourage repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee event logistics and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and financial transactions.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and attend events or industry functions.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering sales, event management, or a related hospitality role.
- Educational background in hospitality, business, marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore with a flexible approach to travel requirements.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
