HR Assistant

We are seeking an HR Assistant (female) to join our Human Resources team. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for HR, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply!

Job Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR team
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
Support employee relations and conflict resolution
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR role or fresh
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
