We’re looking for a Front Desk Officer (Female) to be responsible for handling receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, managing phone calls, managing office equipment, and assisting with office administration tasks daily.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Assists customers in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with appropriate follow-up as necessary.
Assist with various administrative tasks.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professionalism and brand identity.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Undergraduate degree from a reputable university.
1- 2 years experience in a similar role receptionist duties, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a construction or design industry.
Proficiency with MS Office (Particularly MS Excel and MS Word)
Proficiency in operating office equipment, such as computers, printers, and fax machines.
Strong Communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries and concerns.
