We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage the phone and email systems for a UK-based care company.
In this role, you will oversee phone and email communications during off-hours, ensuring exceptional customer support. This position involves a rotating schedule, with one week covering off-hours from 6 AM to 9 AM and 5 PM to 10 PM on weekdays, as well as 6 AM to 10 PM on weekends. During the second week, you will work in parallel with another team member to provide continuous coverage.
