We are seeking three motivated individuals to join our growing team at a US-based healthcare company. The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in one of the finance, or company operations. This role is fully remote and will require working US hours (7:00 PM - 5:00 AM Pakistan Time). Candidates should be self-driven, have strong communication skills, and be proficient with the tools necessary for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Assist in daily financial operations, including bookkeeping and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance.
- Work closely with the CEO team to optimize financial strategies.
- Assist with development budgets and projections.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in one of the following areas: marketing, accounting/finance, or operations.
- A laptop, stable internet connection, and a cell phone are required.
- Ability to work during US hours (7:00 PM - 5:00 AM Pakistan time), Any 8 hours per day.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with remote work setups is a plus.
Additional Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other relevant tools.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
