We're looking for a full-stack Senior Software Engineer with experience in SaaS products to lead our engineering efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and architecture of our core product
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable code
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers as we grow
- Collaborate with the founding team to define product strategy and roadmap
- Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- Proven track record of building and scaling SaaS products
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and database design
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with replicating or building products similar to chat platforms, online widgets.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration in SaaS products
- Contributions to open-source projects
