We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager, who is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and controlling activities in the organization. This role involves coordinating with several departments to ensure efficient use of resources, timely production schedules, and effective cost control. The In charge will also be responsible for analyzing production data, implementing process improvements, and optimizing production processes to meet quality standards and production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Cooperate with sales, and supply chain teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while ensuring product availability.
  • Implement inventory control measures to reduce wastage and improve inventory turnover.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures where necessary.
  • Analyze cost variances and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the finance department to develop budgets and track actual production costs against budgets.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet established quality standards.
  • Implement quality control measures in the production process.
  • Investigate and address quality issues promptly to maintain high product quality.
  • Analyze production data and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma principles to optimize production processes and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Supervise and lead a team of production planners, schedulers, and controllers.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
  • Prepare regular production reports detailing key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Present analysis findings to senior management and recommend actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
