We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Officer to assist in our financial department. The responsibilities of an Account Officer include keeping financial records up-to-date, checking for inaccuracies in invoices, and handling inquiries on over-all accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining financial records.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • BRS On Monthly Basis.
  • Checking invoices and Vender Bills
  • Resolving accounts to the general ledger.
  • Contacting clients about transactions and invoices.
  • Handling queries related to accounts.
  • Cash Flow Statements
  • Petty Cash Management.

Account Officer Requirements:

  • BBA/ MBA/ M.COM Finance
  • Proven work experience of 3 -5 Years as an Account Officer in manufacturing industry
  • Able to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other software
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
