We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of tenders, meticulous documentation work, and efficient record-keeping of essential company documents. The role requires someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience in document management and a solid educational background of 14-16 years.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble tender documents in accordance with company requirements and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for documentation purposes.
- Organize, categorize, and store documents in a manner that allows easy retrieval and reference.
- Review and update documentation procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, B.com or equivalent educational background (14-16 years of education).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar documentation role, preferably within a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with tender preparation and submission processes.
