This role is vital in maintaining smooth store functionality, handling stock receipt and distribution, and ensuring data integrity through computer operations without managing a team. The Store Keeper Cum Computer Operator maintains organized stock records, performs billing and invoicing tasks, and operates various billing software and inventory management systems. The position requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel to generate reports and monitor stock levels. Through effective coordination between physical stock management and computerized data operations, this role supports Candle Tradings overall supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory control and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock accurately using computerized inventory systems.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date inventory records, including stock receipts, dispatches, and returns.
Perform billing and invoicing using appropriate billing software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Operate computers to enter data with precision and maintain all store-related electronic records.
Generate and analyze stock reports using Microsoft Excel to assist with inventory planning and audit preparation.
Coordinate with suppliers to facilitate timely purchase orders and resolve discrepancies in deliveries or invoices.
Ensure proper storage practices to protect stock items from damage, deterioration, or loss.
Implement stock control procedures to minimize waste and improve warehouse efficiency.
Assist with regular stock audits and reporting findings to management.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment in compliance with company policies.
