Campus Manager

Skillston National Institute of Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management is looking for a motivated and experienced Campus Manager to oversee the daily academic, administrative, and operational functions at its Central Campus in Karachi. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of campus activities by supervising staff, coordinating between departments, maintaining discipline, addressing student concerns, and fostering a professional and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily campus operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.
- Supervise faculty, trainers, administrative, and support staff, ensuring attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with HR, Admissions, Accounts, Academic, and Management teams to align campus activities with institutional objectives.
- Oversee the scheduling and smooth execution of classes, examinations, workshops, and campus events.
- Handle student inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a positive and supportive campus atmosphere.
- Enforce institutional policies and maintain discipline among students and staff.
- Monitor campus cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and overall environment to ensure a conducive learning space.
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance, reports, and operational documentation.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, and student activities to enhance campus engagement.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal use of campus resources.
- Support admissions and promotional efforts to boost campus visibility and student enrollment.
- Prepare regular operational and performance reports for senior management review.
- Identify operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all staff comply with the institute’s policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in campus management, administration, education, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with staff and students.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience in administrative reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience in educational institutions, culinary arts, or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based at the Central Campus located in C-26, Federal B Area, Block 13, Gulberg Town, Karachi.
