We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Call Center Verifiers to join our team for night shift positions. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to verify their information, confirm requests or orders, and ensure the accuracy of all data collected. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound verification calls to customers promptly and professionally.
- Verify customer information, including contact details and personal data.
- Confirm orders, applications, registrations, or service requests as needed.
- Ensure all information collected is accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.
- Confirm customer understanding and agreement during the verification process when applicable.
- Follow approved verification scripts and strictly adhere to established procedures.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor without delay.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all verification calls and their outcomes.
- Safeguard customer information by upholding confidentiality and complying with data protection policies.
