Call Center Sales Representative

Mars BPO is looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for sales. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth and success. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Address customer queries promptly and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company system.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong spoken and listening skills in English.
- Basic computer skills for managing customer data and sales records.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, depending on experience and performance.
