Call Center Relationship Officer

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and supporting the company’s overall growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer proficiency to manage customer data and sales records.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

The position is based in-person at our office located on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi.
