Call Center Agent

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales focus, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role primarily involves making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be ready to engage with customers professionally to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the company’s system

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening
- Basic computer proficiency to manage customer data and sales records
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills
