Digital Marketing Specialist

Female fashion company is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team . If you have over 2 years of experience in Google Ads and social Media Marketing (including platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads) and technical expertise in tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4 tracking, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough competitor research and develop a comprehensive campaign strategy before launching any marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads, and more)
Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focusing on driving measurable results.
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4 tracking, and conversion tracking for ads to ensure accurate measurement and insights.
Analyze campaign performance, create detailed reports, and offer strategic insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Optimize marketing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
• Expertise in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4 tracking, conversion tracking, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong strategic thinking, including competitor research and campaign planning
• Excellent reporting skills, with a focus on metrics and data-driven insights
• Full-time remote position with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time
