ByteVerse Tech is a fast-growing technology company specializing in software development, web design, and digital solutions. We are seeking an experienced and talented Upwork Bidder and Social Media Platform Bidder to join our team. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of successfully bidding on projects, and the ability to identify and secure opportunities across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Actively search and identify project opportunities on Upwork and various social media platforms.
- Prepare and submit well-crafted and compelling project proposals/bids that effectively highlight our company's strengths and capabilities.
- Engage in regular communication with potential clients to understand their project requirements, answer queries, and negotiate terms.
- Conduct thorough research to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with the internal team to gather necessary information and develop accurate project estimations.
- Maintain a record of bid submissions, responses, and outcomes for future reference and analysis.
- Continuously monitor project boards, job postings, and social media platforms to identify potential leads and bidding opportunities.
- Proactively build and maintain professional relationships with clients, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in bidding strategies to optimize success rates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate our company's value proposition to potential clients.
- Proven track record of winning bids and securing projects on Upwork and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to estimate project scope and duration.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple bidding opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary Range: PKR 25,000 to 30,000 per month, based on experience.
Commission: 5% of the total project's worth as commission.
Working Hours: 9 PM to 5 AM.
