We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Automation Specialist with a proven track record in lead generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in email marketing and automation, with a strong understanding of marketing strategies, customer segmentation, campaign analysis, and lead nurturing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Develop, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Automation Management: Create and manage sophisticated email automation workflows, including drip campaigns, autoresponders, triggered emails, and lead nurturing sequences.
  • Audience Segmentation: Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, lead scores, and other criteria to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
  • Performance Testing: Conduct A/B testing to improve email performance, lead generation rates, and identify best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement in both email marketing and lead generation efforts.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email copy and design that drives conversions and nurtures leads.
  • Lead Generation Tools: Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to capture and qualify leads, integrating them seamlessly into email automation workflows.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging email marketing and lead generation technologies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing and automation, with a demonstrated focus on lead generation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Zoominfo, Klaviyo) and lead generation tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions regarding email marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
