Accounts Management:
- Develop and maintain the hotel's chart of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage and oversee the financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
- Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the finance team to conduct audits and ensure financial integrity.
Operations Management:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day hotel operations to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
- Manage and lead a team of operational staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall hotel performance.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and optimizing costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in both accounts management and hotel operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, chart of accounts, and accounting software.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in relevant software applications, including MS Office and hotel management systems.
