UI/UX Designer

Buzz Interactive seeks a talented UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate leads the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences by applying user-centred thinking and problem-solving skills. This role demands original work and strong UX decisions shaped through a clear, structured design process. The designer contributes to crafting seamless user interfaces and workflows that drive user satisfaction and meet business goals. While team management is not part of this position, collaboration with diverse stakeholders is essential to deliver outstanding design solutions. The UI/UX Designer will conduct thorough user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and translate complex requirements into visually appealing and functional designs. Using tools like Figma, the professional designs responsive layouts and user flows that ensure accessibility and ease of use across various devices. This role requires an insightful approach to enhancing user engagement through a combination of interaction design, visual design, and continuous testing and iteration. The designer directly influences product development by identifying and solving real user problems through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities

Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and visual concepts.
Develop user flows and responsive designs that ensure smooth navigation and optimal user experience across devices.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate feedback and align designs with project goals.
Translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces through a structured and transparent design process.
Apply original thinking to solve design challenges and deliver user-centred solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.
Iterate designs based on usability testing results and data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain design consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and best practices throughout projects.
Advocate for usability and accessibility standards in all design outputs, ensuring inclusivity and ease of use.
Manage design assets and documentation within tools like Figma to support efficient collaboration and version control.
