Pursuit Manager

Buzz Interactive seeks a dynamic Pursuit Manager to lead the efforts in securing new business opportunities through strategic proposal development and client engagement. The successful candidate will utilize their expertise in proposal writing, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to develop compelling pitches that align with client needs and company goals. Responsibilities

Develop and manage persuasive proposals by integrating client requirements, market research, and company capabilities to maximize win rates.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships to gather critical insights and align pursuit strategies with client objectives.
Conduct thorough competitive analysis to identify market trends, evaluate competitor strengths and weaknesses, and inform proposal positioning.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, legal, and product development to gather necessary information and resources for high-quality proposals.
Plan and implement strategic approaches to each pursuit, including setting timelines, defining milestones, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
Review and edit proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with client and company standards.
Support senior leadership with reporting on the status of pursuits, challenges encountered, and suggestions for process improvements.
Participate in post-submission activities such as debriefs and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve pursuit effectiveness.
