We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Social Media Marketing and Excel Specialist to take on a unique hybrid role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing financial data, creating invoices, and overseeing ledgers, in addition to executing and optimizing our social media marketing strategies and managing our e-commerce stores. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in social media marketing and an advanced proficiency in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative and engaging social media marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage, monitor, and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute e-commerce store promotions and campaigns.

Excel and Financial Management:

  • Create, maintain, and analyze financial reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, macros).
  • Oversee ledgers, financial records, and create invoices in an accurate and organized manner.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate financial data management and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Exceptional knowledge of popular social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
