Responsibilities:
As a Fashion Designer for our new clothing brand, you will:
- Conceptualize and create innovative streetwear designs for men and women that align with our brand's identity and vision.
- Research and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, street culture, and urban influences to infuse uniqueness into your designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and sales to ensure the seamless execution of design concepts.
- Develop detailed sketches, tech packs, and design specifications for manufacturing purposes.
- Provide creative input and contribute to the overall brand aesthetic and design direction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer with a focus on streetwear, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- An innate understanding of streetwear culture, trends, and an ability to translate them into innovative and appealing designs.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- A keen eye for detail, color, and texture, with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
