Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy.
Maintain records of goods received and dispatched.
Perform regular stocktaking and audits to check for discrepancies.
Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers or vendors.
Check the condition and quantity of received goods against purchase orders.
Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring correct items are loaded.
Coordinate deliveries and shipments with logistics teams.
Optimize space and layout to maximize storage efficiency.
Assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
Conduct training for staff on safety protocols and equipment usage.
Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of goods stored, moved, and dispatched.
Prepare reports for management on inventory status, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
Ensure that all required paperwork (e.g., delivery notes, inventory lists) is properly completed.
Communicate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and supply chain management.
Assist with the preparation of orders and ensure the timely dispatch of goods.
Monitor and schedule maintenance and repairs for warehouse machinery.
