Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and dispatch trucks to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers to provide necessary information and support.
- Communicate with customers to provide delivery updates and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity and shipment details.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a call center or dispatch role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
