Business Development Specialist-Final Expense Campaign

PRIME BPO 5 is seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Sales Closer to join its growing team. This position requires working night shifts and is best suited for candidates aged between 22 and 40 years who are not currently students or employed elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute front-end sales closing activities with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English to engage clients and successfully close sales.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to support overall business growth.
- Adapt to and maintain consistent performance during night shift hours.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in front-end sales closing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Age between 22 and 40 years.
- Not currently enrolled as a student or employed elsewhere.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
