We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team full-time at our Karachi office. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh candidates who are eager to develop their skills in sales and client management within the travel and digital services sector. The role involves direct interaction with travel agencies to understand their software needs, promote digital solutions, and sell Umrah-related services. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit travel agencies regularly to gather software requirements and obtain feedback.
- Promote and sell digital services tailored to the travel industry.
- Market and sell Umrah-related services to prospective clients.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Travel locally as required to meet clients and attend meetings.
- Work during morning shifts to align with business hours and client availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification of Intermediate (equivalent to 12th grade).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
- Demonstrated sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with common software applications.
- Willingness to travel locally as part of the job responsibilities.
- Ability to work on-site during morning shifts consistently.
