Java Developer

Business Analytix is seeking a skilled Java Developer with at least 2 years of experience to join its dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable Java applications, utilizing modern development frameworks and tools. This role involves designing and implementing robust backend components, integrating with databases, and ensuring code quality through unit testing and continuous integration practices. The Java Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver technically sound solutions aligned with business goals. Additionally, the candidate will manage and provide guidance to a team of 4 persons, facilitating effective communication and fostering a productive development environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong expertise in Object Oriented Programming and hands-on experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring MVC and Spring Data JPA. Proficiency in RESTful API development, Hibernate ORM, and Java Persistence API is essential. The role demands familiarity with version control systems like Git and continuous integration tools to support efficient development cycles. The candidate should be adept at dependency injection techniques and database management, ensuring scalable and maintainable application design. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Java applications using Object Oriented Programming principles and best practices.
Implement RESTful APIs to support integration with front-end applications and third-party services.
Utilize the Spring Framework, including Spring MVC and Spring Data JPA, to build scalable and maintainable backend components.
Develop and optimize database schemas and queries, managing persistence using Hibernate ORM and JPA.
Write unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability, actively participating in code reviews and refactoring efforts.
Manage Git version control processes, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts to maintain codebase integrity.
Employ continuous integration tools and practices to automate build, test, and deployment processes for rapid delivery.
Apply dependency injection techniques to improve modularity and testability of the codebase.
Lead and mentor a team of 4 developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues efficiently.
Stay current with the latest Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously enhance development practices.
