Job Objectives:
To reach 100% customer satisfaction Shift manager is responsible for running smooth shifts by following defined operations standards along with assisting ARGM & RGM to achieve store targets.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in all segments of the restaurant i.e. Dine-in, Take-away and delivery.
2. Handle customers’ complaints appropriately and ensure 100% recovery.
3. Demonstrate Hospitality standards and ensure that the team follows the same all the time.
4. Run shifts smoothly according to defined operation standards by coordinating with delivery leaders, team leaders, and kitchen supervisors without a shortage of any food and paper items.
5. Ensure food and paper stock receiving and organization according to the defined SOP.
6. Ensure that store opening and closing standards are according to the defined SOP.
7. Ensure the daily training of staff according to the training calendar.
8. Ensure food safety standards are properly followed in store at all times.
9. Ensure effective cash management according to defined standards.
10. Take feedback from every customer.
11. Ensure the Uniform SOP is followed by all employees.
12. Motivate staff and riders so they can perform well according to BOC standards.
13. Ensure all reporting guidelines are followed with timeline.
14. Ensure effective controls over Food Panda orders record keeping and reconciliation.
