Currently, we are looking for our Islamabad office a recruiter that will be responsible to work with companies and be their go to guy for all of their recruitment needs. Find companies and get them onboard to be their recruitment agent. Additionally, help our clients find the right talent to staff our clients with be it a full-time, part-time, or temporary position. You will write job descriptions, posts the information in highly visible places, and then screens and selects candidates who best fit the criteria. You should have a strong sense of how to network for different roles based on the client’s expectations. A job fair or an online post may yield very different results, depending on the desired skill set. 

You should process relation-building skills as well as amazing decision-making abilities. You should also have extensive knowledge of Resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems. You should have great organizational skills with a strategic mindset as well.

Responsibilities

  • Working with different departments to find all of the requirements needed for specific jobs
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients and other staffing agencies.
  • Writing and uploading job postings that show individuals the available jobs within an organization
  • Checking on applicants’ backgrounds and following up with candidates’ references 
  • Holding open interviews with all potential candidates
  • Going over the paperwork that new employees need to fill out when they accept roles
  • Creating recruitment reports that show progress toward hiring goals
  • Maintaining accurate records of former and current employees along with future candidates. 
  • Updating and storing all the required information in Resume Databases.
  • Attending job fairs and other professional events.
  • Attracting passive candidates via social media networks.
  • Conducting meetings with the clients and noting down their requirements.
  • Posting job ads on various platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and website career pages.
  • Maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future use.
  • Preparing reports on the best-fit candidates and updating the clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field. Will take work experience in lieu of Degree
  • Work experience as a IT Recruiter, HR Coordinator, Corporate Recruiter, or a similar position in the Human Resources department.
  • Demonstrate the ability to evaluate candidates via the interview process.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Great listening skills.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Databases.
  • Strong working experience in writing accurate job descriptions.
  • Knowledge of various job boards.
  • Quick decision-making abilities.
  • Phenomenal relation-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Amazing time management abilities.
  • Excellent work ethics with an ability to meet deadlines.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate great knowledge of the hiring process.
  • A keen eye for detail.
