Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collection of payments
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
- Process and record financial transactions using QuickBooks software
- Prepare financial reports related to AR, including aging reports and cash flow
Qualifications:
- Proven practical experience with QuickBooks (minimum 2 years).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
