We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a knack for building rapport over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients via outbound calls, introduce them to our cost estimation services, and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, primarily in the construction industry, including contractors and project managers.
  • Present BuildEstimation's services clearly and persuasively, addressing client needs and objections effectively.
  • Generate leads, nurture prospects, and close sales to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Follow up with potential clients to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company goals.
  • Stay informed about BuildEstimation’s offerings and the competitive landscape to provide value-driven solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 0–6 months (freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
  • No prior experience with CRM tools required; basic training will be provided.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus, but not mandatory.
