Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to develop and customise e-commerce websites for our company. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development and have experience in building and optimising e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain e-commerce websites
- Build and integrate custom features, APIs, and third-party services
- Ensure responsive design, fast performance, and SEO optimization
- Implement secure payment gateways and shopping cart functionalities
- Work with CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom-built)
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Optimize website speed and user experience for better conversions
- Manage databases and server-side development
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
- Proficiency in back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or Laravel)
- Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or custom solutions)
- Knowledge of SEO, security best practices, and performance optimization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- A portfolio showcasing past own build e-commerce projects
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with headless commerce solutions
- Knowledge of AI-powered chat bots and automation in e-commerce
- Understanding of drop shipping, wholesale, or B2B e-commerce
