Key Responsibilities:
- Amazon, eBay and other online platforms Account Management: Efficiently handle all aspects of our online retail accounts, ensuring a seamless operational flow.
- Product Listing: Create and manage compelling product listings, including writing product descriptions, optimising keywords for search visibility, and managing inventory.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of trends and competitive activities, and implement strategies for growth.
- Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategies: Implement and monitor sales strategies to boost product visibility and sales on Amazon, eBay and other online platforms
Qualification:
- Proven experience in Amazon store management and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of online platform policies, marketplace algorithms, and product listing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive sales.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for creativity and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
