We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Full Stack Developer to join our remote team (You can apply regarless of where you are located). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a management system while ensuring consistent progress and communication. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home, but requires regular check-ins, progress monitoring via GitHub, and a weekly meeting to define goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a management system using the required technologies.
Ensure daily progress, monitored through GitHub PRs and commits.
Attend weekly meetings to set and review project goals.
Maintain smooth and consistent communication using Slack for team-wide interaction and GitHub for project management.
Deliver high-quality work consistently without interruptions due to personal issues.
Take responsibility for deadlines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

Strong expertise in full-stack development, particularly in building management systems.

Proficiency in one or both of the following technology stacks:

PHP and MySQL (If PHP is your main focus, please clearly mention this in your application).
React, NodeJS, ExpressJS, and MySQL (If JavaScript development is your main focus).
Excellent communication skills (for us, communication is more important than work itself).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
Experience with GitHub for version control and project management.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working remotely and managing your time effectively.
Previous experience in a similar role, handling full-stack development for management systems.
