Accounts Executive

BSD Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of professional experience, with a strong background in advanced Excel functions and proficient knowledge of Quick Books and QuickBooks Payroll. This role demands familiarity with accounting practices specifically within the software house industry, focusing on the UK and US markets. The Accounts Executive will play a critical part in managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate account records, and facilitating budgeting and financial reporting activities. This position also entails managing a team of three personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and fostering collaborative efforts to meet organizational financial goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, alongside the capacity to analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including ledger management, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll processing.
Utilize advanced Excel techniques to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and streamline accounting processes.
Maintain accurate and timely records using Quick Books and QuickBooks Payroll software to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for review by senior management.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Lead a team of three accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, delivering key financial insights that influence operational strategies.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and legal regulations specific to the software house industry in the UK and US sectors.
Collaborate with external auditors during auditing processes and ensure that all financial records are audit-ready.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in the accounting cycle.
Monitor and manage cash flow to support the companys financial health.
Handle tax computations and submissions, ensuring timely compliance with governmental requirements.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and best practices relevant to the software technology and services sector.
