We are looking to recruit a qualified and experienced person in a Bookkeeping capacity, with a view to developing into a fully-fledged accountant to work solely for our UK-based Affiliates remotely from Pakistan.
Candidate should have knowledge and understanding of working in line with UK HMRC Legislation.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Sorting and posting invoices for a wide variety of clients;
- Bank, Sales, and purchase ledger reconciliations;
- Preparing VAT Returns;
- Knowledge of HMRC MTD for VAT requirements
- Assisting the accounts team as and when required.
The candidate is expected to:
- Have at least two years’ experience working in an accountancy practice.
- Work independently and without supervision.
- Be computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office products.
- Cloud-based software such as QuickBooks and Xero Certification
- Have an excellent grasp of the English language, both written and verbal to be able to liaise with British Clientele.
Salary is negotiable and will be based on the experience of the candidate.
