BroadAxis Technologies Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter, specializing in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier IT professionals for various roles within the USA market. This position is essential to our talent acquisition strategy and will involve close collaboration with the onsite team in our Dallas, Texas office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an extensive understanding of the technical recruitment landscape, ensuring compliance with US employment standards and practices, while effectively managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. The IT Recruiter will remain at the forefront of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving hiring practices to maintain a robust candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage top IT talent through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media, to build a strong candidate pool.
  • Perform Boolean searches on various job platforms such as Dice, Monster, and Indeed to target suitable candidates effectively.
  • Conduct daily screening calls with prospective candidates, providing them with role specifics while gathering pertinent information to assess their qualifications.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating job offers and facilitating onboarding processes.
  • Specialize in recruiting for IT positions in the USA, ensuring adherence to compliance with US employment laws and standards, including understanding employment terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly comprehend job requirements and deliver a shortlist of qualified candidates that meet expectations.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to document all candidate communications and track recruitment progress efficiently.
  • Stay informed about current hiring trends, salary standards, and labor market nuances within the USA IT sector to provide strategic insights during recruitment.
  • Build and nurture a continuous pipeline of IT professionals, ensuring rapid response times to both client needs and market demands.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain solid relationships with candidates and clients for better engagement.
  • Work flexibly across different time zones, ensuring alignment with USA clients while managing recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple job openings simultaneously without compromising the quality of candidate experiences.
  • Develop an understanding of various IT technologies, roles, and skills, including software development, cloud computing, networking, and cybersecurity, to make informed hiring decisions.
