Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, and meetings, and maintain calendars.A
  • ssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
  • Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and manage filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Handle basic communication on behalf of the office.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High school diploma or equivalent.
