We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives(CSRs) at Bridgeway Telecom Pvt. Ltd in Bahria town Phase 7 , Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound calls to Uk Business Owners.
- Provide Accurate information about our services.
- Maintain details and accurate records for customer interaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum 3 months of CSR Experience.
- Ability to Multitask.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Can work from 12:30 pm till 10:00 pm, no part-time opportunities.
- Can work onsite.
- Career Oriented and punctual.
