Accountant

Braviq Growth is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations to ensure compliance and efficient financial operations. Experience in digital marketing, IT, or service-oriented businesses will be an advantage, contributing to the fast-paced environment at Braviq Growth. The Accountant will work closely with various departments to verify invoices, process payments, and assist during financial closings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines are critical. While this role does not include team management responsibilities, collaboration and strong communication within the finance team and across the organization are essential to success.

Responsibilities

Record and maintain accurate daily accounting transactions to ensure up-to-date financial data.
Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently to maintain healthy cash flow.
Verify and validate invoices, payment requests, and other supporting financial documents before executing payments.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Prepare detailed financial reports including cash flow statements and management summaries to support business decisions.
Maintain organized and compliant accounting records adhering to company policies and financial standards.
Utilize ERP software like SAP or Oracle for financial processes to enhance accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Ensure compliance with relevant tax documentation, payroll processing, and financial regulations when applicable.
Employ advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis, to support financial tracking and reporting.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to provide financial insight, resolve discrepancies, and improve processes.
Meet deadlines consistently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Support performance-based growth initiatives through accurate financial input and reporting.
